Hi! I'm Markus (also know as Mark or Lázaro). I'm a 21 year old Spanish illustrator and a starting graphic novelist (in progress). My main content is in both Spanish and English but my info in the others tabs will be in English.+5 years studying art and Im now dedicating myself to both illustration (of any kind) and graphic novels. I have already made minor projects for some people so I decided it was time to start commissions the professional way. My speciality is concept art and colours, as well as character design (still trying to make it better). ¡Hola! Soy Markus (también conocido como Mark o Lázaro). Soy un chico de 21 años de España, un ilustrador y un creador de novelas graficas principiante (en proceso). Aunque mi contenido principal está tanto en Inglés como en Español, la información de aquí se encuentra en Inglés.+5 años estudiando arte y recientemente decidí quedarme con ilustración (de todo tipo) y comic. Ya he hecho pequeños proyectos para algunas personas por lo que decidí que ya era hora de empezar a hacer comisiones de la forma profesional. Mi especialidad es el "concept art" y el color, además del diseño de personajes (aunque trato de mejorar esto). ▌ Won’t Draw: lewd (slight nsfw is fine), mecha, topics that would make me uncomfortable. Also, do not request for an imitation of another artist style.▌ Commission Requests: To request a commission, clients must submit an application where they provide a detailed description of their project and provide any reference materials necessary. When all slots are full, the application will be temporary close and willl publish on my socials when it is open once again. I (the artist) reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason. I will send you a DM if your commission has been accepted.▌ Listed prices are estimates and are subject to increase depending on complexity of project and commission, please keep this in mind.▌ I will inform the client of their final quote based on their application. Client may chose to decline the final quote and withdraw their application.▌ Payment: To secure their spot once the application has been accepted by both parties, client must pay a 50% deposit. Client will receive a Paypal Invoice which they need to pay within 48h upon receipt. Once I am ready to start your commission, the client must pay the remaining 50% of the full payment. The commission will not start before full payment is received. In the event that the client is no longer able to make the full payment, I will charge a 20% cancellation fee of the deposit before refunding.▌ Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event that I am unable to complete the commission for any reason. Refund of the whole payed price will be issued once work has begun on the commission up to before the final sketch is made. If the clients wants a refund after the final skecth, I would be keeping up to a 25% of the final price.▌ Copyright: I retain the copyright to all commissioned work. The client may use the artwork for personal use only unless prior arrangements have been made with me. The client can use the product for commercial porpuses after agreeing with both the point below and that I have to give the ok for it. The client is strictly prohibited from using their commissioned artwork as NFTs or in AI softwares under any circumstances.▌ Commercial Use: To use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, the client must pay an additional fee. The fee will be discussed in the final quote. NFT or AI is still strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances. I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio or sharing it on social media.▌ Confidentiality: If the client wishes to keep the commissioned artwork confidential until they are ready to reveal it, they must inform the artist during their application.▌ Credit: The client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.
